Jordan Papa is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the New Zealand Warriors and Founder of JP Athletic. With experience across athlete development, rehabilitation, and high-performance sport, Jordan brings the same systems and standards used in professional environments to athletes at every stage of their development.
Jordan joined the Warriors with a vision of rebuilding the club's academy pathway following COVID-19 and has since progressed into the NRL environment as a Performance and Rehabilitation Coach. He now oversees athlete development across the Warriors pathways system, leads the NSW Cup physical performance program, and in 2026 was appointed Lead Performance Coach for the Indigenous All Stars.
Outside of professional sport, Jordan founded JP Athletic and Huskies to provide athletes with access to high-quality coaching and development opportunities. His coaching has supported athletes competing in the NRL, Super Rugby, ANZ Premiership, boxing, including guiding Duken Williams to Niue's first Commonwealth Games medal.
Jordan's coaching philosophy centres on developing complete performers - building the strength, speed, power, movement quality, and resilience required to perform when it matters most.
