Meet JP ATHLETIC

Our philosophy:

We train athletes to move with precision, confidence, and expression under pressure.

Whether you're returning from injury, chasing elite performance, or raising a young athlete with ambition, our system gives you the structure, philosophy, and environment to evolve.

Sport today is fast, chaotic, and unforgiving. Athletes break not because they are weak, but because their foundation is shallow — too much load, not enough movement awareness. Too much force, not enough control.

JP ATHLETIC exists to build the human behind the athlete.

Jordan Papa

Founder & Director

Jordan blends high-performance sport experience with a deep respect for movement, rhythm, and skill development.

His work across the NRL, Warriors Pathways, and multiple elite environments shaped the JP ATHLETIC philosophy — movement first, student mindset, performance as the natural outcome.

David Bahadoor

Lead Physiotherapist

Originally from the UK, David brings over a decade of experience across the NHS, private healthcare, and professional sport including stints at Manchester United and Liverpool FC Academy.

David’s expertise lies in MSK injury management, with extensive experience treating athletes and individuals of all ages.
